What primary services do you offer?

Betty’s Playhouse provides room and board for children daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays.

What age range of children do you care for?

We care for kids from 4-5 months up to 4-5 years. Have a child younger than the age limit? Council with us and we’ll see if we have room.

What are the rates of your services?

Compensation can be discussed during your tour of our facilities or directly with Betty if you prefer.

Is Betty CPR certified?

Yes, Betty is CPR certified yearly and has a medical care provider on call for any emergencies should they occur.

Are you licensed and insured?

Betty has all necessary accreditations and licenses to be a care provider with all them being renewed constantly and on-time.

Can I schedule a tour before signing up?

Yes! Please get in contact with us through email or telephone and we’ll set up a date for you to tour the house. All  touring parents must be masked around the children due to updated COVID-19 safety procedures. 

Is there a contract or minimum length of childcare?

No contracts or minimum stay required. Ever.

What languages are spoken at Betty’s Playhouse?

Betty is fluent in English and Spanish. All the items (toys, books, objects, stations) have helpful labels in both languages as well to help children locate things in the language they’re comfortable using more.

Do you accept NCI daycare assistance?

Yes, we welcome all families using NCI daycare assistance programs.

Can I still sign up my child if they have disabilities or require extra help? 

Absolutely. Children with disabilities or children that require more help than usual have always been more than welcome.
